World’s Greatest Piggy Back Ride!

Hello mates! J

Do you know the space shuttle orbiter?

After it lands on the earth, how do you think NASA would bring it back to the place it was?

Yes, this is what we called as Shuttle Carrier Aircraft (SCA).

The SCAs were used to ferry space shuttle orbiters from landing sites back to the launch complex at the Kennedy Space Center and from other locations which are too far to be delivered by ground transportation.

NASA has modified Boeing 747 jetliner, originally manufactured for commercial use, that is used as the Space Shuttle Carrier Aircraft.

Awesome isn’t?
